How much does EV charger installation cost in Toronto?
Most EV charger installations in Toronto are $1,000 to $1,500, including ESA inspection. The final price depends on the distance from your panel, whether conduit is needed, and whether your panel has enough capacity. Panel upgrades, if required, are additional.
Do I need a permit to install an EV charger in Ontario?
Yes - a permit from the ESA is required for any new 240V circuit, including EV chargers. We pull all permits as standard practice.
